At Dabbsson US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and packaging are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
